Baco

For white table wines, we use strictly monitored fermentation of the Airen grade grapes, which makes wines fresh and fragrant.

Dominio de Baco Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine bouquet is a fragrant combination with mixed, soft and deep taste. As soon as it was poured, the wine is dark red. In the first months of its ageing, the wine has deep dark red color and becomes tile-color over time.

Dominio de Baco Verdejo, it’s a white wine grade with typical golden/greenish color and fine fragrance. It is bright and fruity, with bitter taste. This wine is made very thoroughly out of the Verdejo grade grapes, with prevailing fruity fragrances. The wine has full-bodied and vivid taste.

Abadía de Baco Airen, the white wine has a pleasant golden greenish color. This wine has pronounced fruit fragrance with tropical tints. It is fresh and sweet wine. It is elegant and with soft taste.

Dominio de Baco Rosado Semidulce, red currents colors; the fragrance with fruity grape notes. It is delicate, spicy, with permanent taste.

Sangria made of choice grapes, without preservatives and dyes. It is a refreshing beverage with wine fragrance; there is a citrus fragrance with cinnamon tint in the bouquet, a good acid balance.

A dark red summer wine with lemon taste, made of grapes, without preservatives and dyes. It is a refreshing beverage based on wine, with lemon fragrance. It has fresh and bright after-taste. It is described with balanced hydrocarbon content.

The status of soil and also climate contribute to growing of grapes, from which we make red grenate wine with bluish tints. The wine bouquet contains fragrances of wild berries with pepper and mild smoke fragrance. It is strong and fragrant wine with pleasant coldness that leaves pleasant after-taste.

Dominio de Baco Cencibel, the wine has strong fragrance and mixed fruity notes (raspberry and currants). It has ripe, ideal, acute taste, it is perfect. The new wine is purple.

Molinos de Dulcinea Vino Tinto, are manufactured out of the mixture of Cencibel, Bobal and black Aragon grape grades, which, in combination, lend a particular taste to them.
